tho she slipped during the dress competition that sequin plunging black dress with sexy-back worn by miss USA rachel smith is the best of all pageants in 2007. winner riyo mori from japan had a beautiful gucci empire dress but to me this one is something a queen should wear. its not a typical pageant dress, its unique, modern & lavish with all that shine.
